A) Visiting the world Heritage (Kinkaku-ji temple, Ginkaku-ji temple and Nijo Castle)
B) Visiting Fushimi (Fushimi-inari Shrine, Okura Memorial Hall (sake storehouse) and Tofuku-ji temple)
C) Visiting Kifune and Ohara
Kifune is a small town in a forested valley in the northern mountains of Kyoto City, known as old-fashioned summer retreat and close to Kyoto's best hot-spring called Kurama-onsen.
Ohara is a lovely valley that retains some of the rural charm that many visitors to Japan seek. The highlight is the superb Sanzen-in Temple, but there are also several smaller temples scattered about like Ohara’s second major attraction is the intimate temple of Jakko-in, which is reached by an impossibly scenic walk through the traditional village of Ohara
