Don't just sightsee! This special tour allows you to enjoy and learn both Kyoto culture and Japanese language simultaneously, all in an environment suited to your Japanese proficiency level. From simple words to proper conversations, experience the joy of "I understood!" and "I communicated successfully!"

💝 Our Wish: We created this tour with a heartfelt desire for international travelers to discover the beauty of the Japanese language, to deepen their connection with Japan, and to feel welcomed and at home here. Even a little Japanese can open doors to deeper understanding and warm connections with local people.

⚠️ Please Note: This tour is conducted entirely in Japanese (using "Yasashii Nihongo" - Easy Japanese). Our guides will adjust their Japanese level to match your proficiency, making it an ideal immersive learning experience.

90 Minutes to Refine Your Conversation Skills Through Kyoto Culture

This course is perfect for those who have studied Japanese but lack opportunities to speak freely with locals, or who want to try out natural conversational language beyond textbook examples.

1 Guided by Certified "Team Yasashii Nihongo" Guides Our guides have completed training supervised by the General Incorporated Association "Team Yasashii Nihongo". These professionals specialized in supporting Japanese learners will accompany you, offering support with appropriate vocabulary and expressions tailored to your skill level.
2 Practical "Kyoto City Walk" As you follow a set walking route, you will engage in free-flowing discussion on deep topics related to Kyoto's daily life and culture, such as the bustling shopping streets, old house structures, and historical alleyways.
3 Deeper Learning and Exchange By listening to the guide's detailed explanations and responding with questions and opinions in Japanese, you will enhance both your conversational ability and your cultural knowledge.
4 A Concluding Matcha Tea Service (Casual Style) After refreshing yourself through conversation and walking, conclude the tour by experiencing traditional Japanese culture with an authentic matcha service in a casual, relaxed setting.
